Idika Essential strongly believes in protecting user privacy and providing its customers with information about the use of their personal information. Please refer to our privacy policy to understand our privacy practices. 

 

Returns Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns. Return or exchange of the product is possible only in cases such as damage, leakage, missing products, wrong products delivered. All claims must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through email at info@idikaessentials.com along with a picture of the damage, leakage or wrong product received. All related queries can be mailed to the same email id as mentioned above.  

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed through our website can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. The same can be done by sending us an email at info@idikaessentials.com. Order once shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstance. 

 

Shipping Policy 

We ship all our products from our current manufacturing facility in Yelahanka, Bengaluru Karnataka. The products are prepared and dispatched within 3 days from the date of order. Our products are delivered by our delivery partners, through an aggregator- ‘Shiprocket’. The products are delivered to the customers within 7-10 days from the date of dispatch. However due to the current COVID 19 situations we cannot commit to any delivery timelines. We are currently shipping within India only but as per safety measures and government rules we reserve the right to pause shipping in any part of India.

All our products are shipped as pre paid orders. We do not offer cash on delivery for any of our products. 

 

We accept orders through our website 24x7. However for communication via calls we are available during our working hours only i.e from 10:00 IST- 17:00 IST from Monday to Friday.  

 

Safety Measures

Idika Essentials is not responsible for any individual allergic reactions. Our Website and all our social media accounts displaying our products mention a complete list of ingredients. Customers must go through the ingredients before use and avoid using the product if they are allergic to any one or more ingredients. As a caution, customers should do a patch test before use as natural ingredients can react to different bodies differently.

We respect intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that we have infringed your intellectual property in any way send us an email or written notice to us containing the complete details of the intellectual property you hold and the manner in which it has been infringed; your address, telephone number and email address to info@idikaessentials.com.

Disputes 

To the extent of applicability of arbitration laws, different claims arising out of your visit to our website or use of our product shall be referred to an arbitration proceeding first.
